New tool from ייִדיש לעבט! Do you often look through webpages such as לעבנס־פֿראַגן or ייִדיש פּאָעזיע? Do certain letters ever look like bushes or otherwise appear distorted? This is caused by poor encoding and the use of ligature on these sites. Would you like to see these sites displayed correctly? Would you like to copy certain fragments of these texts without having to correct them by hand afterward? “Reb Leyzer” (Onomatopoeia: Replacer) automatically changes all Yiddish ligatures into proper, readable font. Forget about problems and laborious corrections to copied texts from these pages! If you use Firefox and the additional application Greasemonkey, then “Mr. Leyzer” will help out and give you peace of mind!
